This means the contact form cannot be used to send information to this site. It is included as a structural requirement and is clearly indicated as non-functional for data transmission.

Standard web server access logs — IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, timestamp — may be retained by the hosting provider for operational and security purposes. Oakfield Home does not process these logs for marketing or user profiling. Retention periods are determined by the hosting provider.
